Delete your ContractNearMe account
Permanently delete your account and personal data. You don’t need the app installed or to be signed in — just confirm with a one-time code we send to the email address or phone number on your account.
What we delete
- Your profile — name, email, phone, and location
- Your sign-in, mobile sessions, and registered devices
- Saved pros, preferences, and notification settings
- Stored payment details on file (card tokens and last-4)
- Contractor verification, license, insurance, and payout details
What we’re required to keep
- Payment, payout, and tax records, for the period the law requires
- Records tied to chargebacks, disputes, or escrow on past jobs
- Anything we must retain to meet a legal obligation
We never store full card numbers — payments are handled by our PCI-compliant payment provider. Retained records are kept only as required and are no longer linked to your identity.
